A long, long time ago.... roughly at the beginning of the 20th century... in a faraway, mythical land... called Germany there lived a young German boy who dreamt of becoming a great and renown artist. Little did he know that the art schools would reject him and he’d have to pursue a different
path in life. His dream was further crushed by an unforeseen and horrific event - the first world war. Even as he was conscripted into the army, he dreamed of one day at least working on his other passion - politics. (a Latvian student)
